Urban Kiz is a highly technical dance that impresses through great musicality and creativity.
It is precise, layered, and full of choices, if you know how to see them.
Its versatility makes it malleable and attractive to a broad range of people with different dance backgrounds, and the way it shapes your body control is the best side effect.
Join us and see the possibilities in this dance by exploring its fascinating layers of styles, lyric, expression, interpretation and storytelling.

We go beyond collecting steps and focus on what makes your dancing feel clear, confident, and enjoyable for both partners. We break things down properly, connect ideas across weeks, and give you tools that stay useful long after the course ends.

Learn about proper leading and following techniques, connection,
musicality combinations, and with time: lifts & tricks and much more.
Urban Kiz has so much more to offer than just sensual hip movements.
It is captivating in all its facets!

AND: The best way to practice is on the dance floor. Take the class material directly for a spin at “Cafe Sør” during their weekly Thursday Kiz nights. They are free!
